Reuben Abrahams (16 June 1905 Durban, South Africa - 24 August 1990 Durban, South Africa) known as Rueb, was the son of Sam Abrahams (1874-1922) and Lily Sophie Abrahams nee Ellis (1882-1963) of Durban. He married Freda Goldblatt (1913-1994) in May 1937 in Cape Town. The family lived in Durban. He was an accountant.During World War Two he served in the Union Defence Force.
