Warrior registration form
The form is intended to commemorate Jewish fighters who contributed their military ability, skills and determination to the fight against the Nazi enemy and its partners, in World War II (1939-1945), in all combat systems - regular armies, underground and partisans.
The form will serve as input into the computerized information system of the Jewish Fighter Museum in World War II website (jwmww2.org) and as a basis for the museum's data.
It is possible and desirable to attach photos and photocopies of documents and other exhibits (in JPG format - up to 400KB per image), links to videos, testimonies, etc., related to the war period.
The information you provide will be processed in the computerized system of "The Jewish Fighter in World War II" and will be integrated into the museum's information system and publications.
Additional materials (PDF, etc.) of a "heavier weight" - please send them to us separately (veteran@jwmww2.com) and they will be added to the archive.
